As an HSE Administrator at JP Services, you will play a crucial role in promoting a safety-conscious environment throughout the company. You will work closely with the safety department and various managers to ensure compliance with safety regulations, facilitate necessary training programs, and assist in HR onboardings for new hires. Additionally, you will serve as an Administrator for DISA, further enhancing our commitment to safety and compliance.


JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Promoting Safety Culture: Assist the safety department in promoting a culture of safety awareness and compliance throughout the organization.
  • Maintaining Administrative Accounts: Manage administrative accounts with ISN, Veriforce, EWN, Avetta, and any other relevant platforms to ensure compliance and streamline processes.
  • Administrator for DISA: Manage and oversee processes related to the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse administered by DISA, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies, driver files, etc.
  • Administering Training Assignments: Coordinate and administer training assignments with all safety councils to ensure employees receive necessary safety training.
  • Maintaining Operator Qualifications (OQs) Records: Maintain accurate records of Operator Qualifications (OQs) and collaborate with managers to assign training necessary to obtain or renew qualifications.
  • Coordinating Operator Required Training: Work closely with managers to identify and obtain training required for operators to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
  • Facilitating Badging Process: Assist managers in obtaining necessary badges for operators who require them for their roles.
  • Obtaining Certifications: Stay updated on certifications relevant to safety and operational requirements and obtain any certifications necessary to fulfill job duties effectively.
  • Proctoring Online Training: Facilitate online training sessions for Operator Qualifications (OQs) or any other training that requires proctoring, ensuring compliance and proficiency among employees.
  • Assisting in HR Onboardings: Support the HR department in onboarding new hires by ensuring they receive necessary safety training and assisting in the completion of required documentation.
  • Other job duties as applicable.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to pass drug test.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the Pipeline Services sector.
  • Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Certification in relevant safety programs or willingness to obtain them.
